My treatment was carried out very efficiently. I texted as soon as I arrived which was responded to within minutes. I then had another text to say I could go in. I had my temperature taken and signed off the consent form. The treatment itself was very good!

Great care and service. Explained everything perfectly, very understanding and very useful advice given once the procedure had been completed. Thankful that I can hear again after 2 weeks of being completely deaf in both ears! Will definitely be using again in the future if and when needed.

I had microsuction done on my right ear by Sue today. It was the first time that I’ve ever had a problem with my hearing and within a minute, literally, it was resolved. It did not hurt at all, just a little loud noise for a second or two, and it was all finished. The receptionist and Sue were both very friendly and followed all the COVID safety measures. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Sue asked about my recent medical history and gave advice on how to maintain healthy ears for the future.
