and family commitments. We offer part-time contracts for regular sessions which can be evenings, half days, full days, or even full time! We also have opportunities for you if you would like to join our bank for ad hoc irregular or holiday cover. And as we have 15 clinics, you may find more than one of our locations convenient to work from!
Rates of Pay. You will get a proper contract with a pension and paid annual leave. You will also travel support when not working in your base/home clinic.
and Practitioner Indemnity Cover. Just Ears Clinic provides full indemnity cover for all our practitioners through reputable private medical insurance. Our governance processes are such that we have not had an insurance claim in well over 60,000 patients treated since we opened in 2013.
and Recognition. We hold team summer BBQs, Christmas Meals and more. You will hear back from your patients and regularly know when they are giving you 5*feedback. You will also always be backed by our consultants should you need them.

The great systems we have in place also save time with paperwork so you can concentrate on the job at hand! You will also have access to medical and clinical support from our wider team.
We have a promotion structure in place including 'clinical expert' lead pay and the opportunity to be lead practitioner for a clinic (or more than one). Regular team meetings ensure you are not on your own and supported - and we can hear your views and you can contribute.
