Here’s how our process works:

1. Book Your Appointment

Secure your ear wax check at one of our 15 locations by booking online or calling us at 03455 27 27 27.

2. Attend Your Appointment

Upon arrival, our skilled clinician will perform a thorough examination of your ears, including the ear canal and eardrum. You will receive expert ear care advice, and we can recommend our premium ear care products if needed.

3. Immediate Treatment Options

If ear wax is found during your check, you can opt for microsuction treatment on the same day. Here’s how payment works:

• Microsuction on both ears, you’ll pay an extra £24 on the day (£45 for the wax check plus £24 for the treatment = £69).
• For one ear, you’ll pay an extra £4 on the day (£45 for the wax check plus £4 for the treatment = £49).
• Please note that payment is accepted by card only.

If you decide against treatment on the day but wish to book an appointment for another time, please be aware that the full price for a new appointment will apply.

4. No Wax Found?

If no wax is present but you are still experiencing hearing difficulties, our clinician will discuss potential other causes and recommend suitable treatment options. Please note, if no wax is found, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
